Peterson Field Guide Coloring Birds
This is an excellent study guide designed for the older child, approximately eight years and up, and best for the child who can color in small areas. The pictures are very detailed and will necessitate the use of colored pencils rather than crayons.
There is a nice paragraph giving pertinent information about each bird. Each inside cover displays a full-color picture of each bird so the children will know the correct colors to use.
