Book List?

Dear Lynn,

We do not have a compiled list of books that we can really recommend beyond what is in the catalog.  We try to carry anything we find that is truly wholesome, but, of course, we have not read everything out there, so we would not expect that to be a complete list.  Most good books that we would add are out of print.  That is why we made the guidelines available as a help to parents to decide for themselves.  Though it is slow going in the beginning, sooner than you think you will be able to pick up most books, give them a quick scan, and, in many cases, tell from the flavor of it, whether it is a reasonable prospect, worthy of further investigation.  This will at least help you weed out some of the chaff more quickly.  Also, as you eliminate certain authors and/or publishers, you will have a more limited spectrum from which to choose.  I am sorry that we could not be of more help.
