Chicken Casseroles for Dinner!
One of the mom's had worked in a restaurant prior to marriage. One of her duties was deboning chicken. She chose to combine this helpful skill with her casserole meeting. Every family was asked to bring a 9x13 glass dish. We always make sure the girls know in advance to bring an apron and wear their hair up. Each family was given a chicken that they learned how to debone and then they used that meat for their casserole. So when it was time to go everyone went home with dinner ready for the oven!
