Fruits
Fruit is one of the many blessings of summer. There are
so many different kinds of fruit, and so many different ways
to prepare fruit, that sometimes it is hard to choose which
ones to try! We might ask ourselves, what really is a fruit?
There is much confusion and debate over this subject, but in
the culinary sense, and for our purposes, a fruit is usually any
sweet-tasting plant product associated with seeds. Fruits are
very healthy, very tasty, and most people really like them. At least one or two
pieces of fruit should be included in a daily diet.
