Ordering by Mail

• If no order form is available, simply write your order on a sheet of paper. Please be as specific as possible when describing each item. Please specify a street address, as UPS will not ship to a PO box number. Please include shipping charges as noted below. ONLY Michigan residents need send sales tax. Please make check or money order payable to Keepers of the Faith. (all checks will be processed electronically) Foreign orders must contain a money order from a US bank.
  Orders are most always shipped within 24-48 hrs of being received. Please allow time for your check to reach us by mail (1 week), order processing, and the UPS return trip to you (3 to 6 working days) when calculating the date you will receive your order.

• Your shipping will be calculated by weight when you check out.
  We ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Returns

• Items may be returned for refund under the following conditions:
  1) Item is in new, resalable condition.
  2) Item is returned within 60 days.
  3) Returned item is packed well enough to arrive in resalable condition.
