If no order form is available, simply write your order on a sheet of paper. Please be as specific as possible when describing each item. Please specify a street address, as UPS will not ship to a PO box number. Please include shipping charges as noted below. ONLY Michigan residents need send sales tax. Please make check or money order payable to Keepers of the Faith. (all checks will be processed electronically) Foreign orders must contain a money order from a US bank.
