Gladys Aylward was a wonderful missionary to China, who cared for hundreds of children. She was rejected by the missions board, so she went to China without financial support, and served the Lord anyway. He supported her! This is a great book for children.

I read These Are My People a Biography of Gladys Aylward by Mildred T Howard. I really was surprised Gladys would become a citizen of China. The book is really helping me be a better missionary to my friends. Up mountains, over rivers, down the track went Gladys Aylward, helping children and saving many. She was a good woman. I liked the book.

I would like to write this message to the whole Zakula family. I wanted to say thank you to all of you!! It is so nice to use books for my children and not be afraid of what they might read. Especially for our school books, and subjects like science and history. The Keepers and Contenders books are so wonderful in leading our kids to grow how God would want them to grow and someday have their own families.
