I have really been blessed by the writings of Isobel Kuhn. She was a missionary to China along with her husband John. She was an exemplary helpmeet to him. This autobiographical book covers her life growing up in a Christian home, losing her faith in secular college, going from doubt back to a strong faith in God, and preparing for the mission field to serve God the rest of her days. It is an excellent book. It will reaffirm your faith in a God Who answers prayers, and it will encourage you to trust Him more for answers to your prayers too. Written for adults or mature teens.
