On a scale of 1 to 10, this is a 20! A dozen of our customers have recommended this book to us. I do not know why we took so long in finding it, but we are so glad we finally did. This is the true story of Darlene Deibler Rose, a young American missionary, and her courage and triumph of faith in the jungles of New Guinea during her four years in a notorious Japanese prison camp. Your spiritual life will never be the same after reading her story. The way you look at life, and most likely, the way you look at God will forever be changed. Her life and daily walk is a vivid example of the concept of abiding in Jesus Christ, moment by moment, in the severest of trials, not complaining, being used of Him, and glorifying Him throughout. You will be inspired by her life, but God will receive all the glory for His workings. She is a humble woman mightily used of God in her situation in life.
