My five year old daughter enjoys the activities in this book. As her mother, I appreciate how well it is laid out. Many of the activities mothers and daughters probably do together naturally, as we do, but there are others listed and explained that I may not have gravitated to on my own. (I do not cross-stitch and have never used plastic canvas, for examples.) So, I like that "new" skills are introduced. This may be particular to my daughter only, but I do think this book could be used longer than 6 years old as recommended by KOF. Some of the skills seem quite advanced for little fingers. We will continue using this little book even if we use it past the 6 year old mark!

I would like to write this message to the whole Zakula family. I wanted to say thank you to all of you!! It is so nice to use books for my children and not be afraid of what they might read. Especially for our school books, and subjects like science and history.
